- The Eagan Fire Department is seeking sealed bids on a Custom Fire 1989 Ford F-350 4x4 Pick-up grass/brush fire truck for sale. Regular cab, 8' box, 7.5 liter V-8 gas engine, power steering and brakes, bug shield, fiberglass visor, full running boards, heavy duty off- road tires, trailer brakes, trailer receiver hitch, unit has 20,400 miles. The truck is red with gold and white graphics. Equipped with a Street Hawk light bar, siren, a slide in fire pump, 200 gallon metal water tank, 1989 Waterous 18-hp Briggs & Stratton engine water pump model 422447, electric start, (2) Hannay electric hose reels with booster hose and wildland nozzles. The truck has been used by the department since 1989. The truck is in service and has no operational issues. Eagan is reducing the number of brush trucks it operates.
